Hi movers, I am so happy to connect with you here! My mission is to illuminate the space within that inspires each one of us to grow in freedom, to flourish in the realm of possibility, and to live a life transformed through the holistic practice of yoga. As a Korean-American adoptee now residing between Sri Lanka and the USA, my journey has always led me to find home across cultures through the gift of movement. I hope to help you find the same.
